Johnny Rockets in Glendale

Decent service, and great food, but not the best. It took longer than I thought (about 10 mins) for the fries but it's worth the wait.

Bit expensive for fast food burgers, but convenient when your st the mall with a couple kids.. great quick bite, nice people. In and out is actually a better burger for half the price, but this place still gets 4 stars because of the atmosphere and service

They never answer the phone I called 7 times and no one picked up. That’s very discouraging and rude.

Food/service not good. Overpriced. Please save your money and go someplace good like In-n-Out or Freddy's. We'll never go back.

I really like Johnny Rockets, tasty burgers, bottomless fries are so good- especially with the Chipotle ranch. Kids eat free M, T, W - w/adult meal, which is always great too

Whoever the manager is needs to be fired. This place is disgusting. If you want a real johnny rockets I reccomend the one at westgate.

Noisy dining area, burger was too greasy and cherry coke was really a regular coke with cherry flavoring. Probably will not go here again since my total came to $32.

Horrible service. Took over a hour to receive a hamburger, bowl chili, and drinks. My wife's biggest pet peeve don't let her cup go empty. She finished her drink while waiting for our food. After asking twice for refills she finally got a to go cup after dinner. Will not go back, or recommend.

Same classic food and service as always.

Very disappointed. They no longer have the the ability to select music at your table. The staff didn't do any of the dances I remember from years ago. It was very expensive and felt like we were at a fast food place except the food took forever. Would not reccomend

Wonderful experience. Very pleased with the burgers and price.

Pricey for the quality of food. Service is pretty slow for the food you order. They're hot dogs and grilled sandwiches. Kept giving them chances, and each time was disappointing. One visit it took a long time just to get a grilled ham and cheese, along with refills of drinks. So sad, these restaurants have so much potential to be great, but fall short.

Giving two to try and be nice. Went today with my mom and my two girls. Today was pay your age at build a bear. They were understaffed for such a busy day. Waitress was rude and short tempered. She had an excuse for everything. Food took an hour and a half. Will not be returning if the mall is busy. Also food was cold and missing items that the menu said it would have.

We had the worst experience today. We took family from out of state here. They don't have a Johnny Rockets where they are from. It took forever to get our orders taken. Non of our orders were correct. I had a hair in my tater tots. The table behind us had a huge bee fall on them from one of the two bug zappers they have o we tables. Never again!

Our table was tilted so far I was afraid our meal would slide off our table. The obnoxiously loud kitchen noise and the extremely loud music, gave me a terrible headache. I told a staff member they were out of toilet paper in the women's room, her response "just grab some from the men's room." They were out of toilet paper in the men's room as well. I ordered a chicken salad and it arrived at our table without chicken. My husband asked if we could have the crew sing happy birthday to my daughter, he said it was so busy but he would try to get a few people together. I could tell he did not want to say happy birthday to my daughter so I told him just forget it don't bother. This is the last time we'll come to the Johnny Rockets at the Arrowhead Mall. We've been to the Johnny Rockets at the Arizona Mills where we have always have a great experience.

Horrible service. Was never checked on by the waitress. Food was mediocre and took almost an hour to get. Never coming to this place again. Not worth it

Now is Fired Pies for pizza made to order. A little overpriced.

Got our food but not our milk shakes until I was ready to pay. When I got my salad it took the server 15 minutes to bring me back a fork so. The best part While eating the salad I found a bug in it!!!

The burgers, fries, and milkshakes are great. However, this restaurant has had the worst service every since it opened! Today did not disappoint. We walked up to get a seat and without even looking at us the hostess grumbled, "35 minute wait." There were at least 10 open booths. Why don't you just close the place down?

Good food. Not very good service. Never asked for our drink order, and when they finally did acknowledge us, they got the drinks wrong.

Great service agreeable prices

A bit expensive, fries or sides should come with the meal, cheese for fries should be fresh and not pre melted from a dispenser. Good taste, poor value, needs work to compete with Red Robin.

This is not a review of their food, rather their business running practices. My son was interviewed for a job. He received a call from Rebecca(the manager) offering him a job. I heard the voicemail myself. My son returned her call where she asked him to go in and do the paperwork for the job, which he did. However, when he got there all she did was ask him 3 more questions and said she would call him back that day. Two days went by with no phone call. My son finally decided to call her back, and she gave him an excuse of "switching the staff roster, and she couldn't hire him". I'm sorry, that is poor business practice! Especially when you are dealing with a teenager looking for a job. Not a good example at all! But after reading these reviews it could be a blessing in disguise.....lots of bad reviews!

We had the unlimited fries The first serving wasn't even enough for an eight year old and were just barely warm. It seemed to take forever to get a refill and of course they also were just like warm. The Patty melt berger wasn't even as thick as one slice of toast. There were hardly any grilled onions and the cheese wasn't melted. The table was dirty and sticky. When we went up front to pay we could see in the refrigerator the cook uses and it looked filthy. Don't go unless you are a gluten for punishment

I've been here several times and it's the same situation all the time, the food is good but the service sucks. There were a total of 3 tables when I walked in, it took about 5 minutes for someone to bring me a menu and I ordered right away. While I was waiting for my food 4 more tables filled up. I waited almost an hour for my order, 3 of the 4 tables that came after I ordered got their food before me and needless to say I wasn't happy. I went up to the counter twice to ask about my order, the second time I asked they said they forgot about my order.

Johnny Rockets has the most delicious food! The shakes are so good and the frys and marvelous! I enjoy eating here with family!

Waited an hour, never got the food. A group of 10 people got their food before me and they came in 10 minutes after me. All I wanted was 2 burgers and tater tots. The manager never even apologized. After confronting him he practically ran away. Don't eat here, you'll just waste your time. Go to the one at west gate, you'll be a lot happier. Or better yet, just go to in n out.

Seriously understanding why there are not more johnny rockets around. After being told to sit wherever, I had to then go back up and ask for menu as my table has yet to be greeted. Finally get greeted and get drinks, my coke was all syrup...Wait for the waitress to come back around, which I finally had to flag her down to tell her there is no carbonation ... She just stood there Completly confused. And said well I can bring you another one.....so I just didn't even bother with the second one she brought as it was flat too.... Just can't find good help these days I suppose. Props to,the cool the burger was good!

Staff was unattentive. Food was cold and overcooked. We were there at about 8 PM With 3 toddlers. We asked for water and fries to start to tide the kids over and that took 20 minute. That was after sitting down and waiting 10 minutes in a mostly empty restaurant for initial contact. We were told to sit so we didn't just walk in and sit down. The staff was busy talking to what looked like friends at the counter. When we asked about shakes we were told that they cannot make them after 8 PM. I checked my watch and it was 8:01, remember we waited to order drinks for 10 minutes. Then when my friend took the girls to the bathroom, our server told her that she was just about to go to the bathroom. May I remind you that she was bringing 3 toddlers to the bathroom and did NOT interfere with the server.Make up your own mind but we will not be going there ever again and I have reservations about going to any more Johnny Rockets again.

Beyond horrible, I had time to kill while we were at the mall so I decided to take my family to eat here and I was embarrassed for taking them to eat here. The food took over 30 mins to get, then our orders we're incomplete. Asked if we need refills just once the whole time we were there. When we were about done they finally brought out the fries. I could go on and on but long story short I will never ever go back or recommend anyone to eat at this horrible place!!!!

This is the worst johnny rockets understaffed and poor management. I went in on my lunch and I did not even have time to eat it due to them beong so slow and stort staffed The manager never stepped in to help just walking in out from the back never lifting a finger I could not believe what i was seeing.

Super depressing! No 50s music but this crappy 70/80s music. All of the hamburgers were burned. They ran out of Udi's rolls for my mom who's on a gluten free diet even when she asked what gluten free menu items they served. She recieved her burger lettuce wrapped with two whimpy, wilted lettuce leaves. Fries and tots are not gluten free. The shakes are super small and the water is lukewarm.

There was no greeting the 2 guys in front did not even acknowledge us .there was 4 tables that were dirty and about 8 people in the restaurant that were seated .we got a table and a heavy set guy came up to us ..not a hello but im sorry my cooked call in im short sraff there ll be a 40 min wait !!!! The thing is they were not BUSY !!!!!and all 3 employees were just standing at the counter doing nothing!!!! Customer service was bad ! So sad! I feel sorry for the employees who have a lazy manager! 2/22/18

Horrible Service!!! Sister and I came to the mall to shop. We decided to eat before walking around. Came over to Johnny Rockets and guess what? We were seated at 5:50pm and its now 6:30pm. No food yet! Almost done with our drinks. Finally gave us food at 6:35pm. Our food was cold. No bueno! Not coming back.

This place was horrible, simply because it took over 40 minutes for us to be served our food and when the food came, our burgers were wrong; plain cheeseburgers mean plain, not onions, pickles,tomatoes etc. The waiter should have wrote down the order instead of trying to remember it. I am allergic to onions, I picked off the condiments simply because the waiter probably would've took another 40 minutes just to get me my right order; a plain cheeseburger. The fries were also cold when served. If my dinner date didn't notice our food was wrong I could've ate the burger and had a bad reaction to the onions; which then I could've sued this place. Do not eat here unless you want to wait for your order to be screwed up and get bad service.

Not the fault of the server but of management and the "cooks." The server seemed to be the only one on duty for the whole restaurant at lunch time. The food took over an hour to get to us and luckily I ordered a soda and water or I would have died of thirst before its arrival. When it did somehow the burger dripped with grease while simultaneously being the driest meat patty I have ever eaten. At least their ketchup was good since I had to drown my burger in it to choke it down.

I don't understand why the reviews of the horrible service continues to be ignored. We have gone 3 times since they opened. Always wait 30-60 minutes for our food. Today we were informed the wait was 35 minutes. We didn't even hear her and insisted she repeat. We didn't know what that meant as there were empty tables, no line, and no list. Her lack of eye contact made it perfectly clear that she just wanted us to go away which we did.

I was going to give this place 5 stars because our waiter Manny was spectacular but the girl ruined it. Don't tell us we can't smoke on a patio when there is a trash can with an ash tray 3 feet away, we're the only ones outside, and there no No Smoking signs on the patio. If you are going to enforce a rule..have the proper signs displayed.

Good food good times. When you visit a fast food resturant in a mall, you expect poor service with a smile. We did not get that here.
